Delete your account & data
Mileage India is offline-first and login-optional. If you never signed in, we hold no account and no data about you - simply uninstalling the app removes everything from your device. If you did sign in for backup, here is how to delete your account and all backed-up data.
Option A - In the app (fastest)
- Open Mileage India.
- Go to More → Settings → Backup & sync.
- Tap Delete account & data and confirm.
This permanently deletes your account and every backed-up row - vehicles, fill-ups, reminders, service and cost records - then wipes the local copy on your device. It cannot be undone (a short confirm/undo window guards accidental taps).
Option B - On the web / by request
If you cannot access the app, email contact@neuralpath.app from the address you signed in with, subject "Delete my Mileage India account." We verify your identity, permanently delete your account and all associated data, and confirm within 90 days (usually much sooner), in line with India's DPDP Act.
What gets deleted
Your account record and - via database cascade - every row you own across vehicles, refuels, pumps, reminders, service records and cost items. We retain no backups of personal data beyond the deletion window required for security/audit logs.
