1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

2. Your account

An account is optional - the app works fully without one. If you sign in with Google or Apple, you are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the vehicle and refuel data you enter.

3. The service

Mileage India helps you log refuels, calculate mileage, check E20 suitability, set reminders, and track vehicle costs. Core features work offline; optional sign-in adds cloud backup and sync.

4. Informational guidance - no warranty of accuracy

The E20 compatibility verdict, mileage-drop "probable causes," vehicle health score, cost estimates, range estimates, and live fuel prices are informational estimates, provided for convenience. They are based on the data you enter and general manufacturer/government information and are not certified engineering, financial, or legal advice.

• We make no guarantee of any specific mileage, savings, fuel quality, engine safety, or price accuracy.
• Always consult your owner's manual, a qualified mechanic, or official sources for decisions about your vehicle, and follow all applicable laws (for example, PUC and insurance requirements).

You use the app's insights at your own discretion and risk.

5. Your data & content

The data you log is yours. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy. You grant us only the limited rights needed to provide backup/sync if you sign in.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no attempts to break security or access other users' data, no unlawful use, and no automated abuse of any crowd/rating features.

7. Pricing & Pro

The app launches free. Some advanced features may become part of a paid "Pro" tier later, purchased through the Google Play or Apple App Store billing systems and governed by those stores' terms. Prices, plans, and free-tier contents may change; we will be transparent about any changes.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its name, logo, design, and content are owned by NeuralPath Technologies. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual-property rights to you beyond the right to use the app.

9. Availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to preserve your ability to export or retain your data. Because the app is offline-first, your local data remains on your device regardless of cloud availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralPath Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app's informational estimates. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app anytime and delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of Maharashtra having jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
