Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the service

The App is an offline party game that presents a rotating "bottle" selecting a player, then displays a Truth or Dare from a built-in library. It requires no account, no internet to play (only for ads), and stores your Favorites, History, and Settings locally.

3. Eligibility

The App's content includes mild mature / suggestive themes in some categories and carries an age rating reflecting that. By using the App, you confirm you meet the minimum age indicated by the store listing in your region, or have a parent / guardian's permission consistent with your local law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or extract the App's prompt library for commercial redistribution; use the App to violate applicable law; or circumvent its advertising, security, or content-filtering mechanisms in a way intended to harm the service for others.

5. No user-generated content

The App does not accept, host, or display content submitted by users to other users. Any local "Report Prompt" feature lets you flag a built-in prompt on your own device only; nothing you do in the App is visible to any other user.

6. Intellectual property

The App - including its prompt library, design, artwork, animations, and branding - is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for private entertainment. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or distribute the prompt library or App assets outside normal personal use.

7. Nature of the game; assumption of risk

The App suggests Truths and Dares purely for entertainment among consenting participants who choose to play together. We've built the library against explicit safety standards (excluding alcohol / drug consumption, driving, genuine physical danger, illegal activity, and non-consensual contact) - but the App cannot control, supervise, or verify how a specific group chooses to interpret or carry out any prompt. By using the App, you agree that:

• participation in any Truth or Dare is entirely voluntary, and every prompt can be instantly skipped or replaced for free;
• you and the other players are solely responsible for deciding what you're comfortable doing and for stopping at any point;
• we are not responsible for any injury, embarrassment, property damage, relationship consequence, or other outcome resulting from a group's voluntary decision to act on a prompt;
• the App is not intended for use by anyone impaired or otherwise unable to give informed, voluntary consent.

8. Advertising

The App displays third-party ads (Google AdMob) to support free access. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content of third-party ads or anything they link to.

9. In-app purchases (if / when introduced)

If a future version offers an in-app purchase (e.g., "Remove Ads"), purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play billing, subject to their refund policies, and have no cash value outside the App.

10. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services described in the Privacy Policy. Your use is also subject to those providers' own terms to the extent they apply.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PROMPT WILL BE SUITABLE FOR EVERY PERSON OR GROUP.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY PLAYER DURING A SESSION, INCLUDING ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RESPONSE TO A TRUTH OR DARE, OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DEVICE DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (FOR A FREE APP, ZERO). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your session's actions in response to any Truth or Dare.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of Maharashtra having jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law grants you rights these Terms cannot override.

15. Termination

You may stop using the App anytime by uninstalling it. Since the App requires no account, "termination" simply means the App is no longer installed.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes update the "Last updated" date.
