Delete your account
You're always in control of your NutriLift data. You can delete your account and everything attached to it in seconds, right from the app — no form, no support ticket, no waiting. If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, we'll do it for you by email.
Delete it yourself, in the app
This is the fastest way, and works any time you can sign in.
Open Settings
From the Profile tab, tap the settings icon in the top corner.
Tap "Delete my account"
You'll find it under the Privacy section, near the bottom of Settings.
Confirm
We ask you to confirm once, since this can't be undone.
Can't get into the app?
If you've lost your device, uninstalled NutriLift, or can't sign in for any other reason, email us from the address you signed up with (or tell us which one it was) and ask us to delete your account. We'll verify and action it on your behalf:
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes everything tied to it:

| Account & sign-in link (Google or Apple) | Removed immediately — we stop recognizing that sign-in. |
| Profile & health details (age, weight, goals, preferences, allergies) | Removed immediately from active systems. |
| Meal plans, food logs, workout history, water & step logs | Removed immediately from active systems. |
| Gym access code link | Unlinked from your account. |
| Anything still in routine backups | Cleared on our normal backup retention schedule. |
Once deletion begins it can't be reversed. If you'd like a copy of your data before you go, email us first at contact@neuralpath.app and we'll help.
